Keményfából készült, sötétbarna színű sáslevél alakú vékony lap, egyik oldalán szemet és szemfestést ábrázoló két rajzzal, valamint két geometrikus rajzzal. A díszítések mélyítettek, fehérrel inkrusztáltak.
